Accessibility statement

This website is partially compliant with Real Decreto 1112/2018, of 7 September, on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications, and with the UNE-EN 301549:2022 standard, due to the exceptions listed below.

The website has been designed following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA: it can be navigated entirely with the keyboard, it respects the device’s reduced-motion preference, images have alternative text and colours maintain sufficient contrast.

Magazine archive issues. The editions of El Consiliario are provided as each year’s original PDF, laid out for print. They may lack the structure and alternative text needed to be read with a screen reader.

This statement was prepared on 6 October 2026 by means of a self-assessment carried out by the team that developed the website.

On 14 October 2026 it was reviewed through a technical audit of ten representative pages against the UNE-EN 301549:2022 standard (WCAG 2.2, level AA): automated testing with axe-core and a manual review of the code, keyboard use and the mobile view. The errors found have been fixed. It has also been checked that the text over the home page video remains legible in every frame.
